Saint Charbel Prayer Cards
Part of our Dominicards range.
St Charbel Makhlouf (born May 8, 1828; died December 24, 1898) lived the majority of his life as a solitary hermit in Lebenon, but his holiness and many miracles attributed to him after his death caused his devotion to spread widely throughout the Church. He is the patron saint of Lebanon, and is frequently invoked to intercede on behalf of those seeking healing.
This beautiful prayer card features an original watercolour portrait, painted by Sr Catherine, which captures the prayerful spirit of St Charbel. Sr Lucy completed the prayer on the reverse in simple, traditional calligraphy, decorated with a watercolour border.
